Shipping Policies

Belgium
- We use Belgian Post [1] for our domestic shipments. Once Bpost picks up a given order, shipping time normally takes 2-4 business days.

International
- We ship internationally to all countries that can both send
and receive payments through our payments methods. - We
use the Belgian Postal Service for all international orders. Once Bpost
picks up a given order, shipping time normally takes 5-20 business
days. - For all international shipments, the recipient of the shipment is responsible for all customs duties and taxes on the shipment. These fees vary from country to country, so please contact your local post office or customs office for more information.
- Please note, we must by law provide an accurate invoice and also an
accurate description of the contents for customs checks. We cannot claim
that the shipment is a gift - it must be labeled as merchandise. - Unfortunately, due to the high cost of International shipping, we
are unable to offer flat-rate or free shipping for international orders.
Return Policy
- Withion 7 days receiving your package, you have the right to cancel the order. This right only apply to private customers, not retailers or distributors. You have to inform us of your cancellation within 7 days of receiving the package, and return it to us unopened.
- Please contact us before returning any item. We do normally not
accept returns outside the above cancellation right, all sales are final. If we do accept a return, you
are responsible for shipping costs
on any returns, and will be refunded the purchase price along with any
sales tax. Returned items must be unopened and undamaged. Shipping charges will not be refunded. After we have received
the returned item, please note that refunds may take up to five
business
days to process. - If a game has missing or
damaged game components, please contact us. We are willing to resolve any production
problems.
- Before returning an
item, please email us to receive a return merchandise authorization
(RMA) number. In the email, please include your name, the email address
of your account, your order number, the name of the game
you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will not accept
any returns without an RMA number.

Customer Email Information
- We at Flatlined Games take your privacy and security
very seriously. We do not share or sell any customer account
information. We use email addresses to send order confirmations, payment
confirmations, order status updates, and shipping notifications. If you
do not enter a valid email address, you will not receive any of these
important notifications. Some email providers have spam or junk filters
that block our automated email notifications, especially aol.com,
gmail.com and hotmail.com. If you have not received an order
confirmation within one hour of placing your order, please notify us. - Flatlined Games will not send any soliciation emails (i.e.
Newsletters) unless the customer opts to receive these in their account
options, or during account creation. All such emails will contain a
link which allows the customer to unsubscribe at anytime. -
Customer Phone Information
- We do not use phone numbers for routine customer
contact. Bpost requires a phone number for delivery. They need a contact
number in case there are problems encountered during the delivery of
your package. Please provide a valid daytime phone number. -
Customer Payment Information
- All payment options on our site use enhanced security to prevent fraud. All
credit card, account numbers, or customer payment
information are stored on our payment partner's secure servers. Our payment partner uses the most
secure methods of data encryption and fraud prevention to insure that no
one, not even Flatlined Games, will have access to your payment
information. Please see our payment partner's Privacy Policy for more information.
When selecting the credit card payment option, all credit card
information is transferred via a secure connection to our payment partner, who
then processes and stores all transaction details on their secure
servers. Flatlined Games does not keep any of your credit card information on our servers. - Please be assured that Flatlined Games will never share any of our
